Selah is currently in the beginning stages of Phase 1 development which began late 2020 and will continue through 2022. This includes the construction of the Entry District Estate Homes, Sweetwater Village, East Ridge and Vineyard Estates, Parkview Series Tower Homes, The Farm at Selah, Pryor’s Pizza Kitchen, and the Sales Offices which will include SIP: Coffee and Wine Bar on the bottom floor.

Where is selah?
DIRECTIONS
I-35 South to Exit 106, drive 0.9 miles West just past Riverwind Casino to 24th Santa Fe Ave, turn left (South) and drive just under 2.5 miles. The large brick towers will welcome you to Selah!
Another option is I-35 to Exit 104 (Goldsby) South on Main St, turn right (West) across from Libby’s Cafe onto Center Rd. Drive West for exactly 2 miles to the stop sign at 24th Ave and turn right (North). You will immediately see Selah’s beautiful brick towers!
