We recently had a large event in Pedras (Newcastle, OK) where a lender attended and said, “I love this house, but I need to live in Mustang—and I need one more bedroom.”

She had:

  • No land
  • No floor plan
  • Just a current home to sell, a dream, and a preferred location

Once we found the right 2-acre plot, we purchased the land, redrew the plan to add the extra bedroom, and broke ground.
